MEMBERSHIP GUIDE:
• It's easy and takes less than a minute. And, of course, your information is never sold to third parties. Your account is simply used to keep track of your orders and delivery information. You can also save your shopping cart for the next time you visit our website.
• Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership points.
BEFORE ORDERING:
• Place your order once you are 101% ready to purchase your desired item. If you are in doubt, please do not bother placing an order.
HOW TO SHOP:
• Once you have found the product that you wish to purchase, click on "ADD TO CART" button. You may choose to add more items before you "CHECKOUT".
• You may view and edit your order by clicking “CART” button on the top of the page.
• Once you have finished shopping, click on “CHECKOUT”.
• Please review your order details.
• Proceed to pay for the items that you have ordered.
CONFIRMATION:
• Wait for the invoice within 24 hours upon receipt of your order.
PRICES AND STOCKS:
• Prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• Strictly NO haggling.
• We offer discounts on selected items only.
• We offer SALE or PROMO that will be announced if ever.
• We may encounter unexpected out of stock situations. You will be notified when this happens.
GENERAL STORE POLICY:
• All items are guaranteed 101% original and directly imported from Korea, Japan & Thailand. Any queries questioning the authenticity will no longer be entertained. If you are looking for fake goods, go find it somewhere else.
• Most of the items are in-stock/on-hand.
• NO Return, Exchange & Refund unless items are no longer available in the market.
• We will not be held liable in the events of irritation, infection, and skin allergies in relation with our product usage that are not limited to contact lenses, cosmetic and its material and contents.
• Our responsibility ends once your items are dropped off to the courier’s post. We will not be held liable for mishandling and any damages caused by the courier.
• All contact lenses must be used and treated properly, or otherwise may cause damage to your eyes, In order to use lenses safely and comfortably, please receive an optical check up at your local opthalmologist before use, and follow all given instructions.
• All contact lenses are recommend for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months usage. Not daily disposables. Sizes available are as follows, 14mm to 14.5mm.
DELIVERY OPTIONS:
• DOMESTIC: FLASH EXPRESS, LBC EXPRESS
• INTERNATIONAL: Premium Registered Mail (Standard), EMS (Express Mail Service)
• All options have tracking numbers. Shipping will take 2~3 working days (Domestic) & 15~36 working days (International via Standard Shipping) except for Mexico and South America that takes 30~100 days to deliver. EMS (Express Mail Service International) will take 10~15 working days still depending on your location. Please be advised that we are not in control of Customs clearance delays & your country's processing time on releasing/delivering packages. Please contact & check at your post office if you think your package is already taking too long.
SHIPPING COST:
• Shipping cost depends on the number of items purchased. Cost also includes the materials used in packing your items, fare/car gas and the actual courier’s charge.
• All items are exclusive of shipping fees.
• We ship Mondays to Saturdays only. We do not ship during Sundays, Vacations and Holidays. There are times that we are too busy that causes the delay of shipment, rest assured it will be shipped out the next day.
INDEMNITY:
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, Japanese Candy PH, and our agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, cost and expenses including legal fees, arising out of breach of these terms and conditions.
